The goal of this game is to plan and manage turns using resources and actions to acquire happiness points. There are four rounds in this game – and they each consist of four phases designated by specific actions taken during the four seasons of each round. There are different ways to acquire happiness points both during the game and at the end of the game. Managing actions across these rounds to achieve goals that maximize points is challenging given the limitations that can arise during any round. Because of this, even though the game is not difficult to learn, a strategic depth keeps players challenged.
