Join us for a Watercolor Book Stack Class at Dungeon’s Gate on Saturday, November 23, from 4-6 PM, taught by Betty Walker of Betty Walker Studio (Betty painted the fabulous mural inside Dungeon’s Gate)!

We will be using a stencil to get the book shape and then using watercolor to paint the books, with the optional opportunity to use watercolor pencils. You’ll have the creative freedom to do what you want. There’ll be lots of room for creativity with this class–you can pick your own colors from the selection available! All skill levels are welcome–really! Betty will walk you through each step–she’s a teacher, so you’ll be in good hands.

Come practice/learn about watercolor washes–and take home a fabulous piece of art, too! All participants will get their 8 x 10 painting, a mat, backing board, and archive bag…that way your painting is ready to pop into a frame or display as is. These would make perfect holiday gifts! Gather your besties or plan a day date!

• Cost is $40 and includes all instruction and supplies.

• Event will be capped at 24 people.
